Now, as to how I select just one outfit to represent an entire month, it a matter of simply answering these three questions: Would I wear (or have I already worn) it on numerous occasions without hesitation? Does it suit my style? And, is it seasonally appropriate?
Evidently, the answer to all three of those questions, in regards to this look, is a resounding yes. This precise look has become a dependable member of my personal weekly uniform rotation — and joyously so! It is casually refined, has a certain Mediterranean essence to it (which I love), and is appropriate for nearly any occasion, whether that be a smart-business meeting, a date, or even a daily chore run (Ive personally handled all three while confidently sporting it).
So, here’s to the everlasting days of summer, to this outfit, and too all you who follow along with me!
Cheers!
SPORT IT WELL: Wear it to any occasion you so desire — it will make for an appropriate selection in almost any situation! And, while you are at it, I'd recommend teaming the core essentials with a leather anchor cardholder (to forgo pocket bulging…which should always be avoided), a naturally coloured Miansai anchor bracelet, a silver mesh-strapped watch, and a white linen tipped (blue) pocket square. Complete the look by going sans a belt (which you won’t require if the trousers fit properly), stylishly sockless (or with the ever-popular shoe sock), and by rocking the air-tie aesthetic.

This song has been on heavy rotation for me all season long — and for good reason. It has a catchy hook punctuated by summer vibes and finished with an aura of California cool from Mr. McCoy, which when collectively added up, craft the perfect summer song to sing along to, to pick you up when your down, or just simply to relax too. Neither overly serious nor throwaway pop, this track sits snugly amongst those I indulge in on a daily basis. And, when speaking in regards to my style of the month selections, the chorus of this catchy tune says it all…"you and me are golden!"

Would you be bold enough to sport a polka dot blazer? Do you own white trousers of some sort? (and if so, how do you like to wear them?) And, do you prefer a more muted summer look or do you embrace colour while you can before the doldrums of fall/winter descend upon us? Chime in with your opinions!
…Also, keep an eye out as I will be modelling this look in action in the upcoming weeks in a (style) photo diary post that I’m hopeful will delight you all — one in which may or may not include a classic automobile…
