Labour Day plans all but set in stone but still left without the slightest of clues as to what to wear or pack for your holiday weekend festivities?

Surely a minor contrivance in the grander scheme of things for most to be sure, but one that is nevertheless becoming more pressing in importance as the weekend (and your innate sartorial inclination to always being properly put together) readily creeps up.

So, is it one last trip to the beach house that awaits? Or perhaps it is a secluded getaway to a cabin in the woods that lays on the horizon? Or maybe it is simply a homely staycation that is in the cards?

Whatever the occasion calls for (and the itinerary dictates), this feature may well have your styling needs covered.

Essentially, it is a sartorialists guide detailing what to wear to three of the most popular Labour Day weekend vacations, one intended to placate and prevent any pressing styling concerns or irritations from carrying over into what may well be an otherwise well thought out weekend of planned events.

:3 Looks That Will Help Unearth Your Innermost Sartorially-inclined Bohemian Persona This Summer:

How To Dress For A Bonfire On The Beach, A Sunset Picnic Date & A Music Festival (monk + eero)

Words + Styling  ~  By Lyle Eero  ~  5 August 2016

ith summer currently at the peak of its intoxicating bloom and the proverbial dogs days of the season upon us, one could say that there is indeed no better time of the year to fully embrace living in the moment, to check off as many items on that perennial "to-do" list — think dream holidays, proclamations of love, that plush towelling summer blazer you have been eyeing for weeks — that often go unfulfilled, and to finally humour the stylish possibility of fashionably relenting and acquiescing to the sartorially-inclined bohemian spirit that may well lay dormant within each of us and its laissez-faire, breezy, easy going summer apropos styling predilections.

Point being is that it is high time you acted upon your whimsical styling and travel inspired (or even daydreaming) wanderlust — to
pledging what is left of the season to actively exploring and experimenting with the vast array of social, cultural and seasonal style subcultures that will (before we realize it) have once again drifted by in but a blink of an eye.

W
hether that entails enjoying a brief local weekend holiday at a unexplored hotspot, investing in a pair of tailored swim trunks, or even jet-setting off into the sunset for that all- inclusive dream luxury getaway is but up to you and is of little consequence in direct comparative significance to just simply taking ANY (small or large) step towards your goals/desires in the first place.
